The lure of the Lilium Casa Blanca, long lauded as the most fragrant of all Lily flowers, enhanced with notes of Sandalwood, sweet Amber and luscious rich Tonka Bean.  A sophisticated floral mélange that is a winter favorite and wearable year-around.

 

Alcohol free, each Mélange Roll-On Perfume is formulated in a natural base of fractionated coconut oil which allows our perfume to remain largely unchanged over time; and antioxidant Hawaiian Kukui Nut oil. 

 

All Mélange Perfumes are assembled and poured by hand in our Los Angeles studio in small quantities so that they arrive to you perfectly fragrant.  At .25 ounces, they are the perfect size for your handbag or travel because when you love your fragrance it should go everywhere with you.  Wear alone or blend with Mélange Perfume No. 5; No. 8 or No. 15 to create a unique fragrance blend.  $20 USD.  Available online or at stores nationwide.

Melange Perfumes in Crush Cosmetics - Nantucket

I have been a huge fan of Crush Cosmetics since I first read about it several years ago.  It seemed to wonderful to have a beautiful little store on Nantucket that catered to the spring & summer crowds and then took the winter off.  This was definitely a dream-door for Melange and I was so happy the JC Beauty Girls landed this account for us.

They are doing very well with Melange and sent a photo of their display, which we adore.

Frangipani blossoms have no nectar & rely on the Sphinx Moth to pollinate them during their fruitless search for the elusive nectar.

Alcohol free, Melange Blend No. 12 is formulated in a base of natural Coconut Oil Fractions and Hawaiian Kukui Nut Oil. This ensures the fragrance notes remain largely unchanged over time. Why Do We Number Melange Perfumes??

Why Do We Number our Melange Roll-0n Perfumes?

Each of our 15 perfume blends is inspired by the most sought-after notes in custom blending. They took years to perfect and are still prepared in small quanties to ensure they are fresh. They are numbered in the order they were created. Along the way, we stopped using alcohol. This dramatically changed the perfumes for the better. The beauty of each fragrance note emerges and remains largely unchanged over time. The perfumes have a longer shelf life. Our base of coconut oil fractions is odorless, colorless and natural. Hawaiian Kukui Nut Oil is a natural antioxidant and lends to the beautiful consistency of the perfumes. It costs more to make perfume this way but it is absolutely worth it.


Finally, people love our perfumes for the way they smell. By not listing the notes on the box we remove some preconceived notions people may have about certain fragrances. For instance, I adore and wear No. 8 - a blend of Amber, Vanilla and Plum, yet under most circumstances I do not care for vanilla in any product..... Exploring them is a purely sensory pursuit!
